Hi,
What a pleasant parking experience (Take That 10.06.09). Easily found, not to far to walk to stadium. Back onto the motorway with ease. We were back home in Dudley by 11:45pm. My friend did not got off car park C till 12:25am and arrived home at 1:45pm !!!

Just to let you know we were very impressed with your parking site last night. When the match finished we saw all the congestion around the ground and streets nearby. We were quite happy with the short walk back to the car on a mild evening and straight ut of your park onto roundabout and were on the M6 within 20 minutes of the final whistle. Must be one of the best stadiums for access in the league.
I will certainly recommend you if I know of anyone wishing to visit.

Great parking facility for the Ricoh we were back home in 30 minutes after the concert. My sister unfortunately was stuck in one of the other car parks for an extra hour and a half. Will definitely use you again and recommend you.

Just want to say thanks for yesterday. Your carpark was well signposted and easy to get to, was open when we got there at 12 and when we came back to the car you were stopping traffic to let us out and we were on the M6 in no time.

I would definitely use you again if I come to another concert at Ricoh Arena,

Morning Keith,

May I congratulate you and your staff on the efficient way you handled and managed the car parking arrangements last night. We were a little late in arriving, due to congestion on the M6, and it was very kind of you to have transported a few of us to the Ricoh in the Land Rover. Without this kind gesture we would certainly have missed the start of the concert! Many thanks for that.

May I also add that when we parked at another location for the last concert, it took us 2 hours to get out of the car park! We were clear of your car park by 2252 hours and on the M6!

Once again, many thanks and I would not hesitate in using your facilities again.

Hi Pal. In this ctiticising world we live in I think you need to know you have a superbly run bit of biz. From the booking to arriving, helpful guys on the gates, a great map. above all everything you advertise  is spot on. THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY YOU COULD IMPROVE IT ,,,,,, INSTEAD OF YOUR GUYS IN YELLOW JACKETS,, WHAT ABOUT TOPLESS BIRDS WITH NO JACKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only joking . Impressed and big thankyou. Just a quick e-mail to thank you for your car parking facility that I used yesterday.  The staff on site were friendly and very organised, the car park has an excellent location and with some careful marshalling after the match we were back on the road very quickly.  Also to be supplied with a little map of the local area on arrival was an extra touch that helps visiting fans out.

Hopefully if Leicester and Coventry are in the same division next year we'll be back !!

I used your facilities on Saturday 10th Nov 2007 for Munster match against wasps. Unfortunately Munster lost however your facilities were a winner. It was excellent to just get off the M6 and not get lost!! A note for anymore not able to walk far, it is a 15 minute walk to Rioch area from parking and there is nothing on the way except a housing area. Take the advice from the staff at the parking facilities about directions etc. The staff were very polite and helpful and I felt the security was excellent. If we have to visit the Rioch again I would definitely be returning. Great value for money. Thank you Ann O'Dwyer

Just want to say a personal thank you for the excellent service you and your colleagues put on for the game on Saturday. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping me in and out and also direct me to the pub! Which was also first rate! I know that a fair few have already comment on OTIB saying that they were very satisfied and would recommend it. It is a service I will definitely use the next time we visit Coventry. And the game certainly made it all the more better ;)

Just a note to say that we used your carr parking on Saturday (WBA) and was pleased with the ease of parking.  Although we did walk to the Blackhorse, but because it was packed out we then walked to the Longford, (which was excellent) . If we play you next season (I hope we don't) will use you again and recommend other fans to do the same.

Just a note to say that we were held up and didn't arrive at your car park until about kick-off and were delighted when your guy ran us down to near the ground in his own car, saving us missing about 20 mins - excellent service for £4. Even though it's a healthy walk, it's a very good location for getting away quickly on the motorway afterwards. Stoke fans I know who parked nearer the ground were stuck in a queue for more than 45 mins afterwards. Please feel free to use this email as a testimonial on other message boards.

Used your facility today, didn't book in advance, but realise that perhaps we should have. The parking facility is everything you claim and that pub you suggest, turn left under the bridge and its on your right, has to be a winner. One thing about new grounds is they are often badly placed for facilities prematch. The Black Horse has a friendly atmosphere and the food from the stall outside is excellent quality and exceptionally priced.
